Sawmilling Rate Increase - January 2026

Starting in January 2026, there will be an increase in sawmilling rates at Tallassee Sawmill, Agricultural, and Rental Services, LLC. This increase reflects the growing demand for lumber and the higher operational costs that our company has faced. Understanding the new pricing structure is essential for our valued customers.


What Are the New Sawmilling Rates?


Beginning January 2026, the new sawmilling rates are as follows:

  • Pine:

- Up to 15'11": $0.60 per board foot

- 16' to 20' lengths: $0.70 per board foot

  • Hardwoods:

- Up to 15'11": $0.70 per board foot

- 16' to 20' lengths: $0.80 per board foot


This increase of $0.10 per board foot will help sustain our commitment to providing high-quality products and services.
